Conflict Facilitation

Conflict Work is Culture Work.

I offer conflict facilitation for individuals and groups who want to find solutions that work for everyone; firmly rooted in a commitment to dignity for all and radical non-judgment, even in cases of serious impact and harm.

I facilitate small and larger group processes, with a focus on group learning and capacity building as we engage in the work of seeing what is possible within the field of rupture. These processes are intentionally transparent, rather than private, whenever possible, to burst the illusion that conflict only effects those directly involved, to maximize learning, and to support the possibility of the emergence of community-specific lineages of nonviolent conflict systems work.
